hey what the hell is wrong with the justice process in ashland county? since when does getting put on probation mean a life sentence or you just keep digging up ways to keep people on probation so you can charge them again and keep the fees rooling in. when the judge orders counsling and they say one thing then the po says you have to do something else who are you suppose to listen to. or is just a scam to keep people paying here and there and nobodys aloud a 2nd chance to make a life. right before probation ends you dream up a way to say you did something wrong and you throw people bavk in jail or put them on probation again and keep chargeing fees.

I have heard this from several people over the last few years! I don't have an answer and as much as I would like to see the circumstances on here so all citizens view, it is not prudent to do so because it just makes your enemies work harder to put you away. So! folks, those who view this please pray for those in this situation. Life stinks at times.

The probation department and Common Pleas Court may have thought they were out of our radar, but that is not the case. They are on the list to be looked at and have now been moved up the ladder. We are working on getting the information now and will post it as soon as we have it back from the appropriate entities.
