I just read the unsigned documents for Will Research and American Augers. It cleared up many misconceptions I had about these documents and I can see where they are an advantage to the Community and most organizations do not lose tax money on the agreements if they are lived up to. A big thank you to the person who put these on here because most of the public does not have any idea what these are and this gives the Citizens transparency we don't seem to have in Government.
